Pokhara is the second city of Nepal and is cooler and cleaner than Kathmandu and has a beautiful lake at it's centre.

Not enough Brits are coming to trek (what's wrong with you all?) I am surrounded by French, Germans, Dutch, Americans, Koreans and Chinese!

Factoids sound very painful - is there a cure?! Probably only below the snow line!!
ReplyDeleteWhat is the definition of a trek? How long were the days? Accommodation & Food? All sounds great though - looking forward to seeing a few photos (note use of the word 'few'!)
ReplyDeleteGlad to see you got to Nepal, Paul, and are not locked up somewhere in Delhi for not having a proper visa. From deep seas to high mountains - this must be what the great escape is all about...
